HIRE PERIODS
HALF DAY
- Available for collection only
- Morning Session 4 hours hire period from 9am. (latest return 1pm)
- Afternoon Session 4 hours hire period from 1pm (latest return is 5pm)
HALF DAY
- Available for collection only
- This is for a hire period up to 8 hours which can commence any time from 9am with the latest return of 5pm
MULTIPLE DAY HIRE
- The hire charge is applicable for whole or part of a day thereof.
- Multiple day hires are NOT measured in hours.
- Delivery can be arranged for hires over a 3 day period for no fee.
- Delivery fee for shorter hire periods will be levied at £5.00 per bike.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
- Proof of identification may be requested upon delivery of your bicycles and accessories. (E.g. driving licence, passport, photo ID, etc.)
- Equipment booked and paid for in advance is guaranteed and will be available.
- It is the rider’s responsibility for their own safety. Cycling involves personal risk and you must ride responsibly. Cyclists are expected to follow the Highway Code: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/the-highway-code/rules-for-cyclists-59-to-82
- Helmets are provided free of charge and all cyclists are strongly advised to use them. Anyone who declines the offer of a helmet will be deemed to be cycling at their own risk.
- Bikes should be locked to a permanent fixture whenever left unattended. Theft of an unlocked bike will be the responsibility of the hirer and will be subject to a £250 charge to cover the replacement of the bicycle and its accessories.
- All equipment must be returned to the place and time as agreed when booking the hire. We reserve the right to charge an additional £10 for late returns. Latest return is always 5.00pm on the last day of multiple and day hires,
- Please respect all equipment. While we accept fair wear and tear, we reserve the right to charge for damage, breakages and any bikes that require deep cleaning from inconsiderate use.
- The hire can be cancelled up to 24hrs in advance for a full refund. Under 24 hours notice no refund will be issued.
